  Barefoot
waterskiing is alive and well is Australia and New Zealand. In
2006, we traveled to Australia and New Zealand to check out the scene
and ski with footers all over the country. We had a blast and met
great people on all our stops. Australian's and Kiwi's are known
for their abilities to have a great time and we hope to bring some of
that zest for life and love of the sport to you.
Our in country reporter and promo
skier is Clint Veivers. Client Veivers is a footer from Australia
that is very active in the tournament scene in Australia and most
importantly has an insatiable appetite for anything barefoot waterski
related. Clint is a regular reporter for local and national publications
within Australia reporting on events that happen throughout the country.
We are extremely pleased that Clint will be working with us and bringing
us stories from down under.
Clint will also be working with
John Price and Gizie Halasz to establish and organize an Australian
Barefoot Endurance Relay Series in hopes of one day rivaling the
BarefootCentral.com Barefoot Waterski Racing Cup Series based in the
United States. John Price and Clint will also be helping us
promote and run our all new BarefootCentral.com Australia Website we
plan to launch in March 2005. Aussies will be able to shop and pay
using Aussie dollars. |
